Boquerón Fresco (White Anchovies)

Pujadó Solano dates back to the 1980s, when Milagros Solano, a native daughter of the Cantabrian town of Santoña, home of the anchovy, from a seafaring family with experience in salting anchovies, decided, with her entrepreneurial spirit and the unconditional support of her husband Alfons Pujadó, to create the company in Barcelona in 1984. These beautiful Spanish Anchovies have a rich and savoury flavour with burst of salt to finish. Great on toast or even better on their own with a glass of white.
