Description
Aged for eight weeks and made with pasteurised cow’s milk by Fromagerie Beillevaire in Saint-Rémy-de-la-Vanne, France. This cheese has rich flavours of butter, mushrooms, and salted cashews and almonds.
This is our current substitution for Brie de Meaux, due to the ongoing import restrictions of unpasteurised cow’s milk cheeses from France.
