Join us on Wednesday the 9th of October at 6:30 pm for a special evening with Hyrneside, makers of the crisp and refreshing Aipple Cider. Made with fermented apples, foraged from the wild and historic trees of Hyrneside’s parish orchards in Fife, this Scottish cider makes a perfect pairing for some of our favourite farmhouse cheeses. Guests will enjoy four ciders (or cider-adjacent beverages) paired with six cheeses and accompaniments. This event is part of our guest producers series, where we feature a local producer and pair their goods with a hand-picked selection of artisan cheese. These are one-time, can’t-miss events, and an excellent opportunity to learn about and taste special produce and unique pairings. Our Cheese and Cider tasting is a sell-out event. In order to give everyone a chance to attend, we ask that if you plan to cancel, you do so with enough advance notice so that we can give your spot to someone on our waitlist.
