The widely popular Mellis Cheese and Wine Tasting takes place at 6:30 pm on Wednesday and Thursday evenings in The Cheese Lounge, situated through the back of our store at 330 Morningside Road. This is a fantastic opportunity for cheese lovers to learn from our passionate and knowledgeable cheesemongers who will lead you through an informal, informative tasting consisting of 3 wines and 6 cheeses. If you find a particular cheese or wine that you love, you will be able to purchase anything you have tasted in the store after the event has finished.
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions in the order notes. Note that we require cancellation 48 hours in advance of the event.
How to Book: Please select an available date (from the dates in brown, all grey dates are unavailable and all red dates are sold out) and the number of persons attending. Click Book Now and go to your cart to check out.
We post out tickets for the tasting events, and require a postcode and delivery date for the tickets in order to complete the booking. If you are booking a tasting in the same week, we may not have time to send tickets, but we will still honour the booking – please provide the name given under the booking when you arrive at the event.
Bookings can be cancelled and refunded up until 48 hours before the event. To do this please visit your “My Account’ section to manage your booking.
