Edinburgh Science Festival Cheeseology

Cheeseology is one of the Edinburgh Science Festival’s signature events, and we’re delighted to be able to supply ticket holders with the cheese to taste along with experts Paul Thomas and Patrick McGuigan.  The online tasting, which will explore the science of cheese, including important topics such as why cheese is yellow, the importance of acidity and the microflora of rinds, is on Tuesday 6 July. 7pm-8.30pm. We can deliver the tasting pack to customers anywhere in the UK. Please note, tickets for the talk must be purchased separately from http://www.sciencefestival.co.uk
