- LANDANA 500 DAYS
Matured for 500 days in traditional, historic warehouses in Woerden; where the unique microclimate is controlled to create a distinctive, consistent flavour. Located right next to the Old Rhine River, temperature and humidity are controlled naturally by opening and closing different shutters in the building to allow air to flow in from the river. During the long maturation period Landana looses up to 25% of its weight, resulting in a dense, sweet cheese with dry, slightly crystalline texture and a rich caramel colour.
- BARON HEARTS
Our Baron Heart has a smooth and semi hard texture with a velvety bloomy rind. Matured for 4–8 weeks, the taste and texture is reminiscent of a Brie; mushroomy, rich, nutty and slightly yeasty. This cows’ milk cheese is guaranteed to melt your loved ones heart
- SIR LANCELOT
