Join Mellis Cheese on Friday the 29th of August as we open the doors to our Maturing Rooms to our suppliers, wholesale and retail customers for a day of mingling and sharing artisan produce.
- Taste your favourite cheeses and chat with the cheesemakers, featuring some of our favourite producers from Inverness to Cornwall, Ireland, Fance, Germany and more.
- Meet the makers and sample some of your favourite Mellis snacks and provisions, including Blackthorn Salt, Goat Rodeo, Great Glen Charcuterie, and Mr. Murray’s Scotch Eggs.
- Sample our signature wines from L’Art du Vin, seasonal cider from the team at Aipple, and grab a coffee from our partners at Ride n Grind.
- Sign up for tours of our Maturing Rooms with our team, and learn all about how Mellis stores and matures some of your favourite cheeses.
- Purchase your picks of the day from the Mellis stall, including exclusive items for our Fête.
