A Gamay/Pinot Noir from the Loire, France, Loire. Light cherry and bitter strawberry notes, with floral hint are carried through a nearly tannin-free finish. A very versatile food pairing wine, given it’s higher acidity and lower tannin. Pinot Noir pairs particularly well with Alpine style cheeses like Comte or Westray Wife.
