This pesto made by Calvi follows a traditional recipe with the highest quality basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil and cheese – in this case: Grana Padano. The prized Genovese basil, grown in the area of Imperia, gives the sauce a rich green colour. Delicious in pasta, on roasted veg, or on toasted bread.
