Christoph started importing his grapes to his winery in Nantes, selecting from vineyards all over France from many different terroirs. His signature wine is the Divin Poison. Grape(s): Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Syrah, Grenache Location: France, Loire Organic/Natural: Natural Notes: Red fruits with plum, blackcurrant and a touch of oak. An all round great red that pairs well with meat dishes. It's particularly good with our harder style cheeses such as Comte or a rounded Scottish Cheddar like Loch Arthur. Fantastic with Durrus OG.
