Offcuts

We work with farmhouse cheese. Most wheels and cheeses vary in size which can sometimes leave us with slightly underweight offcut pieces of cheese. Normally these wee pieces are distributed to our stores to sell however we thought we'd give you the option to make your order that bit more exciting. Select how many pieces you'd like and we'll make sure we select some nice offcut pieces of cheese. As our range is quite extensive, be prepared to receive a cheese you may not have had before. Minimum: 100g.

Comte Aged – 22 Months

Exclusively from the Jura Mountain region of France. A nutty and creamy hard cheese. This Comte has been aged for 22 months to give a greater depth of flavour. Pairs beautifully with wines from the same region.

Divin Poison Red 2018

AL005
A blen of  Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Syrah, Grenache. Notes of red fruits with plum, blackcurrant and a touch of oak. An all round great red that pairs well with meat dishes. It's particularly good with our harder style cheeses such as Comte or a rounded Scottish Cheddar like Loch Arthur. Fantastic with Durrus OG.
