Produced by the Thymiopoulos family for many generations. This wine is produced by means of organic and biodynamic practises, going as far as to use Guinea Fowl and Turkey as pest control rather than using herbicides. Climactically the region is similar to Bordeaux, with cold winters and hot summers. However the grape and style of wine is very close to that of Nebiolo.
