Striking both in shape and in color, this exceptional French goat cheese has a dense, cakey texture. It’s richly flavored with a bit of a tang, hints of fresh hay, and a barnyardy funk. Its Triangular shape is inspired by the horns of the goats who’s milk is used to produce this fine product.

This cheese weighs roughly 180g.
