Made by Husband and wife duo, Ben and Sam Spence in their tiny micro dairy in Wensleydale. Unlike modern crumbly Wensleydale, they use a pre-ware recipe which leads to a softer, creamier butter cheese. It has everything you would expect from Wensleydale with an earthy mineral tone towards the rind. Made using raw milk sourced from local farms.
