Aged for three months and made with pasteurised cow’s milk by Davide and Frederica from Mario Costa in Novara, Italy. This cheese is a decadent, oozing blue cheese with rich sweetness and a lingering spiced finish. All Christmas orders of Gorgonzola will arrive, as pictured, as a 200g hand-cut and packaged piece, to ensure that the cheese arrives in perfect condition. This Gorgonzola is the same Gorgonzola that we sell in our shops, but the cheese is packaged differently so that this fragile cheese transports securely.
