Buck and Birch’s bold, ingredient-focused spirits and liqueurs are inspired by the natural terroir and flavours of Scotland – making them a perfect pairing for farmhouse cheeses whose flavours are influenced by the land they come from. This event is part of our guest producers series, where we feature a local producer and pair their goods with a hand-picked selection of artisan cheese. These are one-time, can’t-miss events, and an excellent opportunity to learn about and taste special produce and unique pairings.
