This Campbeltown single malt is finished in a combination of first-fill bourbon barrels and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. A rich and balanced whisky with a spicy and fruity finish. It pairs fantastic with goat cheeses such as Dorstone, Elrick Log or a wedge of Landana Rosso.
