Aged for six weeks and made with unpasteurised cow’s milk by Fromagerie Napiot in Franche-Comte, France. Unctuous and perfectly runny when ripe, with a buttery and slightly earthy flavour that comes from the spruce bark that encircles it. Widely celebrated during the festive season.
