Aged for about four months and made with unpasteurised cow’s milk by Queseria Vega de Tordin in the Asturian mountain range in Spain. Matured in natural caves, where it develops its blue colour. Spicy and intense with a creamy texture that crumbles just a little, and a hint of sweetness.
