We work with farmhouse cheese. Most wheels and cheeses vary in size which can sometimes leave us with slightly underweight offcut pieces of cheese.
To avoid waste, we’re giving you the opportunity to get a surprise piece of cheese for a good cause. 50% of proceeds from the offcuts will go to SAMH – Scotland’s national mental health charity.
Choose how many pieces you’d like and we’ll make sure we select some nice offcut pieces of cheese. As our range is quite extensive, be prepared to receive a cheese you may not have had before. All offcuts are a minimum of 100g.
