Aged for four weeks and made with unpasteurised cow’s milk by Fromagerie P.Jacquin y Fils in Loire, France. This cheese is fresh and bright with a slightly sweet and buttery flavour. It is creamy and soft with a pleasant flavours of citrus and a slight minerality.
